I had to submit a document to prove the reason of my absence.
This is Urgent but not important problem which is case2.
One thing I realized is it is better to focus on case2 ASAP.

What I recognized was even though I have many important works to do, I can not fully focus on them without finishing case2 works.

So, I set up a rule.

First, let's think about case2 work has to be done.
If so, let's put it as a top priority to fully focus on case1,3 works.
